Refunds and returns at NIA BIA are governed by strict quality and hygiene standards. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final once an order has been processed.

Each order is carefully inspected prior to shipment. Clients are encouraged to review all product descriptions, textures, and policies before completing a purchase.

NIA BIA does not accept returns or exchanges on worn, altered, or used hair products. Any concerns regarding defects must be reported within a reasonable timeframe upon delivery.

Natural variations in texture, color, and wave pattern are inherent to premium hair and are not considered defects.

NIA BIA reserves the right to evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis and to update this policy at any time.
